Refund policy

Returns and refunds 

Returns are allowed on items purchased within 48hours of receipt of goods. These will be required to be sent back to us fully tracked and signed at the risk and cost of the buyer. After being provided with the tracking number and proof of posting, upon their safe return back to Card Collectors UK Ltd, items will be fully refunded onto the method used to originally pay. This refund excludes the original postage amount paid by Card Collectors UK Ltd to send the items. There will be no refunds on opened packs or boxes. The ordered products must be returned in the same condition that they were sold as.

Cancellations

Should you wish to cancel an order, you can do so at any point up until the order has been shipped. Cancellations come with a full refund. Should we have already shipped your item, please refer to the 'Returns and refunds' section above.
