Shipping policy

Items will be shipped out from Card Collectors UK Ltd within 48 hours of purchase using the shipping service selected at checkout. This excludes weekends and bank holidays. Shipping on items is fully insured and tracked worldwide. Do not ask to understate item values for shipping, this will not happen. Domestic shipping will cost between £3.95 - £29.75 depending on item size and chosen service. Worldwide shipping will cost £16.80 - £125 depending on item size and chosen service level.

Live event purchases will be opened as described, and items will be shipped out 48 hours after the specified date of the event. This excludes weekends and bank holidays. 

Domestic shipping inside the UK will normally take 1-2 working days for Royal Mail Special, or Royal Mail 1st Class. Please allow 5-7 days for Royal Mail 2nd Class if chosen.

Worldwide Shipping will take longer, Fedex is our main courier and their Estimate on their Worldwide Express Service is 2-5 days. Please allow up to 15 working days if the economy worldwide shipping is chosen, this is sent with Royal Mail.

Any orders which are undeliverable due to an error in the customers postal address, in which they have filled out on checkout, once returned to Card Collectors UK Ltd, will be stored at Card Collectors UK Ltd until a further new postage fee is paid to have them redistributed to the correct address. Alternatively the buyer will be entitled to a refund at this point, minus the original cost to Card Collectors UK Ltd of the postage.
